Our Return Policy allows for returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products received in a damaged condition due to a manufacturing defect.
- Products that do not match the description or photo on the website.
- Products sent incorrectly due to an error in processing.
No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for:
- Customized products and bulk orders.
- Made-to-order and specially designed products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, festival offers, or with applied coupons.
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page.
- Cancellations after 24 hours of order placement.
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of product delivery.
- Products that have been mishandled after delivery.
- Shree Shyam Enterprises shall not be liable for damage in transit.
Procedure for Returns or Exchange

- The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The original invoice must be included with the returned goods.
- Once approved, the customer may return the product.
- After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality check.
- If any discrepancy is found, we will re-ship the product to the customer.

Shipping Charges for Return Orders
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.
- We offer a reverse pickup facility in major cities; however, if your location is not serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product.
- Products must be carefully packed to prevent any damage during return transit.
Order Cancellation by Shree Shyam Enterprises
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Limited stock availability.
- Delays in fulfilling customized orders.
- Errors in product details or pricing.
- Payment verification issues.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
If an order is canceled after the payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Customers agree not to dispute cancellation decisions made by Shree Shyam Enterprises.
Right to Reject Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Shree Shyam Enterprises reserves the right to decline any return, cancellation, or exchange request without providing a reason. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer at the original shipping address.
